02 How it works
From a first call to tools you own.
A free first call.
A short call to hear what's going on and whether we can help. If we can't, we'll say so.
Discovery, over two to three weeks.
We learn how your business runs: who does what, where your data lives, which checks you run and how often, and where things slip. You get a plain-English summary of where tools would help, where they wouldn't, and what we'd build first. Discovery is paid work, and you'll know what it costs before it starts.
Setup.
We set up a new Mac mini for your business. It starts with no company data on it. It comes with accounts in your company's name and a Claude Code subscription that you take out yourself. Everything is yours from the first day.
Build.
We build the first tools with remote access to your Mac, so we don't need to be in your office. We work only with the information you give us or put on the Mac. You see each tool working before we move on to the next.
Ongoing.
A monthly management fee covers looking after what's been built and adding new projects as you think of them. The fee depends on the type of project, and it's agreed before any work starts.

Who owns what, and where your data lives.
The Mac, the accounts, the subscription and the tools we build are all in your name.
The Mac starts empty. The only company data we work with is what you give us or put on the Mac. We use remote access to build and look after your tools, and only for that. If we stopped working together, you'd keep all of it.

Do I need to understand AI?

What data do you need from us?
Only what each tool needs, and you decide what to share. We agree it together during discovery.

Who owns the tools you build?
